Erica Spain is the Co-Owner and Chief Strategy Officer of Spain Tech & Solutions. She is passionate about making technology approachable, practical, and accessible for families, businesses, and individuals alike.

With a focus on customer experience, Erica leads the company's marketing, business development, community outreach, and retail operations. She enjoys building relationships with customers, discovering innovative products, and creating a welcoming environment where people feel confident asking questions and finding solutions that fit their needs.

Alongside her husband, William, Erica founded Spain Tech & Solutions with the vision of providing more than just technology-they wanted to build a trusted local company known for honest service, expert installation, and lasting customer relationships. Whether helping customers choose the right smart home, supporting local businesses with technology solutions, or planning community events, Erica believes every interaction is an opportunity  to serve others with integrity.

Outside of work, Erica enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children, serving in her church's children's ministry, and investing in the community.
